It took 2 months to have my washer fixed after three visits . I used Assurant insurance through Sears and paid $0. The issue was NOT just because they were waiting for the parts . The parts were ordered to arrive at my home address and they arrived a week before they rescheduled the tech to service my washer. Alberto did his job efficiently under an hour and was courteous enough to call me when no one answered the door.
Marco was Prompt and very polite. He diagnosed what was wrong with my ac very quickly and made the repairs quickly. Very professional would gladly have Marco back anytime to work on our home warranty issues.
Alberto did an excellent job explaining what could have caused the problem and took the time to answer all of my questions.
