I’m so confused about my experience, my nail tech was in such a bad mood, she didn’t talk at all she just tapped away, and when I let her know my preference in nails she got upset, but my nails came out perfect. That’s the only reason I’m not leaving 5 stars.
Excellent service-very professional. Aside from the excellent care by all nail technicians, the ambiance and attention to detail throughout the facility makes the visit that much more enjoyable and relaxing!
I’ve gone to other nail salons and sapphire is the BEST I’ve been to, it’s clean and nice the pedicure packages are great for the price and compared to other salons offer more in the packages as well. The manager/owner is always making sure everyone is being taken care of, every time I’ve gone has been without an appointment and you don’t have to wait that long. I just wish they had more color availability it’s been several times I pick a color and they don’t have it so I have to switch. Over all the best salon!!! I just wish I lived closer! I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I could make it there more often.
