Called ahead of time to get information on gift cards. I mentioned to the young lady I was on my way to purchase the gift card because they close at 6 pm on Wednesdays. I got to establishment at 6:01 and the young lady still helped me even if it was after closing hours and allowed me to purchase the gift card. She also gave me additional information about the membership. Customer service was top notch and she even called me by my name at the end when she thanked me.
I’ve been coming to this massage place for a long time now, and I can confidently say it’s the best in town. I used to try different places, but once I came here, I never looked anywhere else. The level of professionalism is unmatched, the facility is always spotless, and the service is beyond friendly—they make you feel like family. Whether you need relaxation or relief from tension, they know exactly how to take care of you. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-quality massage experience!
I have been here several times and have always have had Alex be my massage therapist. He is the best and always so professional. In fact the entire staff is always so friendly and welcoming and always making me feel at home. Alex makes sure to ask me questions to see what areas i want to focus on or just in general what areas i might want to avoid that day. He is a true professional and always on the ball. The atmosphere is so comforting and i literally fall asleep every time. The 90 min session is the best and I always add the foot scrub. It is worth the 20.00 extra. All in all , would recommend and i visit monthly. A+++++
