I had to cover a fleur de lis scar, and I chose art. I visited Octopus Ink and collaborated with the incredibly talented tattoo artist, Carlos Everhard. I shared my vision: a piece representing my children and me, incorporating a yin yang symbol for my partner Joey and me. I love color and wanted something feminine.
The artist listened, and the rest is history. He brought my ideas to life. The roses represent my children, with each size corresponding to their age. The lily stargazer, one of my favorite flowers, symbolizes growth and renewal - themes that have been especially significant this year.
Okay. So, the two guys that work here are kind of creepy, and overly stare at women. One of them is the owner, and enforces a minimum at the shop. Which is pretty inconvenient, especially if you're just getting something small & simple. However, the lady named Laura was super sweet & extremely nice! If I go back here, it would only be to give Laura the business. Her work is also super nice!

Decided to give it a try since I was looking for places that could take walk-ins and I wasn’t disappointed. I went with my friend, they were really nice since the beginning, they asked what we wanted and before getting it they were open to any suggestions and even after, they were willing to do changes to anything. I loved my tattoos, I didn’t have to change anything. I got tatted by Adrian, he is really good at his work and really nice. Will be getting my future tats there.
