Second time here and they're always pretty quick but very thorough with explaining what is being done. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

The very is an old guy reminds me of a small town country Dr. Very professional, had a sense of humor also. Knows his stuff. We liked him very much.

They did not honor the $25 first visit fee and charge me $90 instead, I ask for a refund and they did not, my bill for that 1st visit was $248 for the visit and a couple of medications. so my confidence in them is lost, I will look for another place to take my pet.

If you have pet insurance, don’t take them to this veterinary clinic. They take a very long time just to email pet medical records to the insurance company. My pet insurance company has been trying to reach them for several weeks already. The people working at the vet clinic either are lazy or have no idea what they’re doing. Took my pets to another vet and they were prompt in emailing pet records to the insurance company, so I know it’s not a difficult process. Two weeks and counting…
