Everything that was supposed to be brand new showed up looking beat to hell. Scratched, dented, gouged, wood snapped apart, fabric was stained. Everything was wobbly. Absolutely atrocious. Idk if they received it from their distributor already beat up, or if they beat it up during their delivery, but I had to send it back and they are not willing to replace it. Total waste of time shopping here — had to wait about 3 weeks to receive this stuff and now my timeline to move into a new house is pushed back until I can buy new furniture from another store.

The saleswoman, Norma was very professional and nice to deal with when I purchased everything. No complaints about her.
