I reside in California and had a death of a family member in Mcallen, Tx not knowing who to call for my flower arrangement. My Brother told me of Juanita’s flower shop located in McAllen, TX…..Immediately, upon my phone conversation with Patty ( the owner) She not only made me feel as if though I were a family member, her attention to detail and professionalism went above ALL standards!!! If you expectations and seeking the most beautiful arrangement and beautiful People orientated business, do yourself a favor and seek no one else but JUANITAS FLOWERS. in McAllen!!

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience today. I placed an order for a deluxe gift basket (totaling $65, including an extra charge for a balloon) that was supposed to be ready by 3:00 PM. When I arrived to pick it up, the basket wasn't ready. The person responsible for preparing it only arrived about 30 minutes before the store closed and immediately started rushing through the order without acknowledging me, much less offering an apology.
To make things worse, I was handed a very small basket that didn't resemble the deluxe version I had paid for. I had also paid extra for a balloon but was told there was no helium available. The employee said I'd have to wait if I wanted the balloon filled, and I ended up waiting even longer only to leave without it since I had to return to work. No refund was offered for the balloon, and still no apology for the delays or missing items that were supposed to be in basket which was very empty and filled with about 5 candies.
What I received looked nothing like what was advertised online. The website showed quality name-brand candies, but the actual basket was filled with what seemed like cheap dollar store candy. The size and quality of the basket were disappointing across the board.
I won't be purchasing from this store again, and I hope they consider improving their customer service and order accuracy for future customers.
I am from Edinburg Texas so drove about a 30 minute drive here. I as well did not get a greeting card as stated in the purchase. I had written out something for the gift but did not receive it. Truly I am so dissapointed.
