Game changer! I cannot find the words to express how much my whole body has changed for the better, in addition I sleep so well because of MFR and Christine. THANK YOU! And by the way, thank you for not answering calls during our services… I don’t need for you to take in new clients, ‘cause it’s hard enough to get an appointment!
I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. Christine was extremely professional and took the time to ask about my problem areas before starting. Her technique was perfect—firm where it needed to be and relaxing throughout the session. I left feeling completely refreshed, with so much tension and pain relieved. You can tell she truly cares. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing massage. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I have been seeing Christine for four months for MFR (myofascial release) therapy and it has been just what I need, both physically and mentally. I am now more in tune with my body and notice when something feels off and can more easily identify what needs to be done to feel better. MFR therapy has also been a wonderful reliever of stress and anxiety. What I especially like about her process is that she is very intentional and methodical with what she does -- she works slowly and carefully.
