I’ve never gotten my eyebrows done before and decided to give this place a try, the lady was straight to the point and cleaned my eyebrows nicely, i told her mine are very thin so I just needed a clean up, she understood and did just that… she also was considerate of how my eyebrows grow differently and told me to grow them out some more before shaping again.

A friend recommended this place to me so I went twice (during business hours) and there was nobody there. I decided to give it another try and called before heading over, after the 3rd try calling , they answered and said they would be open till 7pm and when I showed up at 5:30 (20 minutes after i called)the sign said open but it was locked and there was nobody inside. I called multiple times and nobody answered. I knocked and waited outside but nobody ever showed up.

I've been a loyal customer for 3 years and I try and go only in the afternoons because the lady is soooo nice and always leaves my eyebrows perfect. I don't leave in the valley so I work around the schedule. Today just happens that I had to go in the morning, the younger girl that works in the morning won't do anything if you're not wearing a mask. I respect if you want to wear one for your own protection but it's extremely annoying that she's still abiding by that. I offered covering my mouth and nose with something else and she said no. I'm done with her. I know for a fact that I'm not the first one to complain about the morning girl. Y'all should really do something about it.
