Purchased an investment property 4 plex from Guzman Construction I went in blind but I was very thankful for the team guiding me and pointing me in the right direction, the communication was great all my questions were answered and explained to me. I received updates during the whole process and I work a full time job, Guzman Construction was able to accommodate my busy schedule as well. This company also participated in and won 1st place in the gallery of homes for best built home. Several builders competed and were judged by 3rd party inspectors! So many homes are beautiful I have peace at mind knowing that my investment was built with quality !
Guzman construction was very professional and transparent throughout the process of building my home. From the beginning in dealing with Ben to continuously dealing with the office staff and project manager, everything was communicated.I would certainly recommend them to use and I would certainly use them again.Overall, great home builder.
Guzman construction customer service Is probably one of the best I’ve dealt with. While building we ran into situations like any typical project and they always found a solution. Ben Garcia, their salesman became not only our go to man, but our solution guy in every situation. Our building experience was longer than we expected but reassurance from their team was never lacking. We love our home and wouldn’t change anything about it.
