Service is excellent, with stylists described as amazing, very friendly, and patient, even making children feel comfortable. Although a language barrier can sometimes make communication difficult, stylists still do a great job. It is super convenient, open evenings and weekends with no appointment needed. Customers can walk in or use Online Check-In, making it possible to get a great haircut even during a lunch break.
Irene was incredible! I had a previous haircut that needed to be fixed. She did an amazing job of shaping me up, hair and beard. If I have to come back to McAllen and need a haircut, I will search out Irene!
It's been about a month since I needed a haircut I was in a little bit of shambles. The woman that cut my hair did a fantastic job was very personable cleaned up my beard as well. We had a wonderful conversation as well.
Alexandra did a masterfull job razor cutting my hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted (old Kurt Russell), and she flat out nailed it. Completely satisfied and highly recommend! ... and Goldie loved it ;)
