Dr Moreno is an excellent Dr.But the people who sets the appointments are not very profesional , they give you an appointment at a certain time and then they change the time via text message, to be honest i really need the trearment but, they keep on changing me times per their plasure.

Dr Tagle is one of the few doctors that I have meant that is very attentive lessons to you and your concerns He paid attention to all the exams, plus all of my symptoms With diet and supplementation Dr Tagle was able to get me to a better place, which I am very grateful for. Terrible Experience – No Compassion or Customer Service**
I called Pablo Tagle’s chiropractic office because I was in pain and urgently needed to be seen. From the start, the receptionist told me they couldn’t see new patients because they were closing early. I explained that I was coming from out of town and currently in pain and asked if she could at least check with the doctor.
She refused and instead offered to let me speak with the office manager—who had already said no to new patients. No effort was made to ask the doctor, explore options, or show even basic compassion.
For a healthcare office, the lack of empathy was shocking. If you’re looking for a provider who prioritizes patient care, understanding, or customer service, this office is not it.

I’ve been going to this place for about two years now. I started with some painful and chronic upper back and neck pain and now that pain is gone and I just go for maintenance. It’s made a huge difference in my life thanks to Dr. Moreno. Everyone is nice and caring and wait times are always low. Highly recommend going here if you have back pain.

Called them randomly and have been coming here ever since. I do tend to be a difficult client at times, but its so peaceful there and they actually care. They really do want to see you feeling better as well. So you can't help but becoming patient and trusting in their care.
