I've been coming here ever since I started wearing contacts a little over 20 years ago (sheesh time is crazy lol) and honestly I've never had a bad experience. I dont know if its because I'm lucky enough to have a job with hours that allow me to visit them during work days but it's never really busy or crowded when I go so I'm in and out in about 20 minutes, and everyone in the front has always been very nice and helpful. Dr. Ramirez is always a great doctor, very kind, helpful, and efficient. I'd recommend this place to anyone. :)

The ladies at the front desk are some of the rudest I’ve ever seen at a front desk. No joke I’m not the first person that says that. It’s like all the people that I know come here say the same thing. They don’t say thank you , one of the literally asked me what do you want when it was my turn at the counter. It’s basic manners and if you don’t like your job find an other.

Great service! My go-to optometry for contact lenses since they’re very quick and have contact lenses ready. My walk-in appointment was less than and hour. Dr Ramirez was quick to the point.
