Nathan, our technician, demonstrated a high level of professionalism while clearly explaining the various chemicals he applied to the affected areas. He was thorough, efficient, and took the time to reassure us that we would be well protected against future pest issues. We truly appreciate his excellent work. I would like to request that Nathan be assigned as our regular technician moving forward.
Nathan was very professional. After discussing our concerns he start with the service inside and out. When finishing he explained what he did and noted would be back at a later date as a follow-up.
Ruben came by on time. We walked the property and he saw the nests. He the treated the ants, I payed him and he sent me receipt. He then left. I will use them when or if the leaf cutter ants return.
