We went to the advice of attorney Alex Martinez for my husband's adjustment of status. We were assigned Lic. Linda Andino to help us with follow-up advice on our case. During the entire process we were scheduled for around 3 appointments to clarify doubts and present necessary documents and information. Everything was carried out in a timely manner. We began the process (sending documents to the USCIS) on September 29, 2023. On October 27, they summoned my husband to submit fingerprints (biometrics) and by November 9 he was already receiving his work permit.
