Our system went out and Keith went out of his way to get us a system installed on the 4th of July weekend so we would be nice and cool. I appreciated that he gave me options and was truly honest about them, not just needed a new unit, even though I ended up going with that option. They even beat the price by quite a bit from the other guys..... Says a lot about a company nowadays!
I highly recommend!! They were a man down today, so the Owner came out personally and replaced the motor in our AC unit. Brian Keith does great work with very prompt service.
I would give 10 stars. June 27 2026 at 2:30pm I noticed our outside unit fan motor stopped working. I went inside and the temperature was 76 on the thermostat and climbing. We were having a birthday party and the guest were expected to be at our house a 4:00pm. I called Keith’s after hours number. They were finishing up a call and she said they would be at our house next. They serviced our outside unit and had all the parts on the service truck needed. It was the hottest part of the day I felt so bad for them having to get in the attic. They cleaned and serviced the inside unit. They had us up and going in no time.
