When our septic was backing up and we were in a bad way, they were swift and attentive- gave it to us straight and wasnt trying to upcharge and in the end it was far more affordable then we feared. They also didnt charge extra for a Sunday call. Thank you so much for making what was a potentially high stress situation smoothe and quick and easy to adress!
After working with a couple of other companies to clear a heavily wooded parcel and not getting the job done, I contacted East Texas Septic for help finishing the job. Randy was great to walk and talk through the projects with, he provided a very competitive price quote, and his operators got to work promptly. My only regret is I didn't work with East Texas Septic first; they'll be my go-to from now on and I recommend anyone looking for land clearing, septic services, pad sites, etc to work with Randy and East Texas Septic; you won't be disappointed or let down.
Jared and his coworker were very fast to respond to any questions I had. They showed up early and were professional. They did a great job with the septic cleaning. I would highly recommend them.
