Downs Funeral Home

Robert was exceptionally helpful to our family as we planned a funeral for the sudden loss of my mother-in-law. The entire Downs staff met us with compassion and care as we navigated the planning process in the midst of our grief. They answered all of our questions and were always very helpful. The service itself was beautiful and they made the process as seamless as possible so that we could focus on our loved one. I highly recommend this team for their above and beyond service and compassion during an extremely difficult time.

My husband Roy Norwood had cremation services today. Everything was beautiful. The flowers were exceptionally beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful since I had never done this type of thing before. Everyone was very kind and eager to help even tho it was a Sunday afternoon . I can't thank them enough I highly recommend them

My grandfather and most recently, my mother, were memorialized at Downs. I found the entire team including Stacy and Kim to be extremely professional. They went above and beyond to ensure my family had the most meaningful, efficient and worry free service. I highly recommend Downs funeral home.
