My husband Roy Norwood had cremation services today. Everything was beautiful.The flowers were exceptionally beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful since I had never done this type of thing before. Everyone was very kind and eager to help even tho it was a Sunday afternoon . I can't thank them enough I highly recommend them
My grandfather and most recently, my mother, were memorialized at Downs. I found the entire team including Stacy and Kim to be extremely professional. They went above and beyond to ensure my family had the most meaningful, efficient and worry free service. I highly recommend Downs funeral home.
My mother, Nelda Stewart, (died 3/10/10), and my father, Arnold Stewart (died 4/29/15) both used this funeral home. My father must have been pleased, for he prepaid his funeral through them. A death date has never been put on his headstone, when I called to ask them when they would do it, I was told they wouldn't, and to call whoever sold the headstone to Daddy. I cannot find out. I called them again and asked for a referral to someone who does that, and she hung up on me. I'm done with these people.
