“I have been seeing Ryan for a while mainly focusing on healing for my chronic neck and jaw issues. She has always taken the time to listen and tailor my session to what I need. This week I shared some new issues I was having with my lower back so she shifted to that area. My issue was mainly while sleeping, pain would wake me up and could hardly get out of bed. That very night after my MFR I slept the entire night pain free and no pain when I woke up. I have been dealing with this issue for a couple of months and one session helped so much.
