Technicians and support staff at Ritchie Dental are courteous, professional, and kind. The receptionist is extremely knowledgeable and adept with an excellent reassuring demeanor. My dental hygienist, Heather, was thorough with a deft touch and engaging personality. The whole staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
Dr. Ritchie and staff welcomed me from my first visit, when I was shown around the practice before my appointment began. Ever since, I'm welcomed like I'm family! If I need a same day appointment for an urgent issue, I've been able to be seen and the issue resolved. Dr. Ritchie is a highly skilled dentist and personable. I highly recommend Ritchie Dental for your dental needs - they do it all! Easy, convenient location, too!
