I had a conflicting software issue and could tell over the phone that Greg knew how to rectify the situation. I was in and out of there in 15 or 20 minutes totally satisfied. Highly recommended!

My motherboard was missing a screw for an m.2 drive. Called to see if On-site had one before having to drive to Austin. They said to come on by and pick one up. Hard to beat free, and saved from a trip to Austin.

Absolute phenomenal experience. Took my PC in to get diagnosed and fixed. 30 minutes later and it’s ready to be picked up 😄. Awesome friendly service. I’d give him 6 stars if I could.
