We recently had our A/C go out in the hottest part of summer. Everyone in the office was great and Lance, our technician, was very professional and knew what he was doing. They came out the same morning to diagnose, had some parts overnighted, and had us fixed the following morning. Great team to work with!
We had an issue with our AC and called McIntosh Air Conditioning & Heating to come out and take a look. They initially attempted to fix the problem, but unfortunately, the AC still wasn't working properly. After speaking with Tim, he came out personally and spent several hours working on the system to get it running correctly.

Needed to replace a 25 year old AC and Heating system in our home and called McIntosh for an estimate. The written estimate was provided quickly with detail and a fair price and was accepted. The work was scheduled within one week and was completed in one day with all old equipment removed, new higher efficiency system installed, tested and accepted. The system design, equipment provided and professional workmanship provided by McIntosh was all excellent. Everyone with the company were friendly, knowledgeable and our home was left clean and orderly. We can highly recommend them.
