Very bad service and their pest control for carpenter ants, spiders and roaches does not work! They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK and wanted to charge me another $350 to come out and spray 1 month later because the scheduled 2nd appt was missed due to a family emergency, on top of the original $350 which I hadn't even paid yet, because I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or return my calls the first week after my service. I've called and left multiple messages and we played phone tag for several weeks and I was called a liar on the phone by the OWNER BILL and said that I "Did not call and leave multiple messages" which I most certainly did!!! The employee that came to the house told my mom she had to leave the house while he was working. He took this opportunity to steal all the cash and valuables he could find. After telling the owner about what happened, he accused me of blackmail and extortion. Years later, I still Can’t believe this happened. I pay you for a service, and get stolen from, then you accuse me of wrongdoing. Incredible. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. These people should be in jail. I wonder how many good people were stolen from by this establishment.

Great Service! They came out immediately and explained everything well. They offered a competitive rate and after ONE treatment I haven't seen ANY critters since. Now, my neighbors use them and all seem satisfied.
