We use and recommend Ken's Heating & Air Conditioning completely. They are honest, reliable, and efficient. This area is fortunate to have such an amazing HVAC company here.
I think anybody in the Highland lakes area probably knows by now that Ken's are easily the best priced, most honest, and have a bunch of enthusiastic technicians, that are on time compassionate to your needs . Most importantly they work with each individual customer and their particular situation as good as I've seen it.
We received the same excellent service (as always) from Ken’s Heating and Air. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. They were able to get us scheduled quickly, which was a huge relief when dealing with the Texas heat and an underperforming A/C unit. The team arrived promptly and addressed the repairs during the timeframe that we were given. The overall experience was wonderful, and I highly recommend Ken’s Heating and Air. We are happy, satisfied, repeat customers!!!
