I was very satisfied with the personal. When I arrived to discuss buying glasses the lady waiting on me was very informative and helpful so it was easy to make a selection. My glasses came in promptly and she fitted them so they are comfortable. I can see correctly through the lens. I am proud of my choice in choosing Dietz-McLean.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the Marble Falls Dietz-McClean Optical office to find Rodney helping other customers while making me feel comfortable and welcomed. I liked Rodney’s professionalism and he always called me by name even when I went back several days later to pick out frames. I was doubly impressed when finding he was filling in for Kathy who was filling in for someone in their Temple office. I met her when my glasses came in. She made me feel like family and made sure my glasses were properly fitted and the script was correct! Kathy is the best glasses specialist I’ve ever dealt with. She covers everything thoroughly and makes sure I’m aware of the warranty period. Very efficient and effective in making sure I get the scratched lenses replaced according to warranty terms.
