My 15 yr old garage door opener quit working a few days ago. I called Cedar Park Overhead doors yesterday and they came out today and replaced it. Chris H did a great job. He explained new garage door options, helped me decide what was best for my situation, installed really fast, cleaned up, and explained the new technology. Very happy to know that there are great technicians nearby in Lago that can fix my garage door issues quickly. Thanks Chris!
The whole experience from the call and appointment setting to the service was STELLAR!! Eric was very upfront and honest and gave me viable option for every concern I had. He was quick and cleaned up perfectly. Will be using Cedar Park Overhead Door again for sure.
My Monday started with the discovery that our garage door spring had snapped. Since we had a positive experience with Cedar Park Overhead Doors at our previous home, I called them immediately. Within three hours, my door was better than new. Chris was prompt, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I was really impressed with how quickly he responded.
