Dan is the man! I believe he’s the manager. I came in to get 2 Jeep keys made for my 94-year-old grandmother’s car, and Dan was extremely professional and knew exactly what needed to be done to get the job done right.
He cut both keys, and the cost was very reasonable. He also recommended programming them to the vehicle. I told him no because I thought I knew how to do it myself. Turns out, I was wrong — it required a special computer to program the keys.

Had difficulty with door lock to home theater room. We were locked in when bolt malfunctioned. Escaped by dismantling the lock with kitchen utensils! We live way out in the boonies. Called Bill’s in the morning. Erin found our place and replaced lock before dinner. Pretty awesome service and outcome. Highly recommend these guys.
