Honest, kind and FAST! I cannot say enough good things about our experience. The price was more than fair, and they traveled to Blanco to help us. I highly recommend Arron and Bill’s Lock and Key to anyone who screws up like we did! They saved us!
Prompt, courteous, and professional. But most importantly, affordable. I was quoted almost double from the only other locksmith that services Burnet and who's office is located here in Burnett
I stopped by Bill’s Lock & Key to have my tailgate lock rekeyed. They took a look at it, sprayed some lubricant in the lock, and had it working perfectly — and didn’t charge me a thing!
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I ended up purchasing a new key fob from them as well, and they programmed it for me at no additional charge.
You don’t come across customer service like this very often. Honest, fast, friendly, and clearly more interested in taking care of the customer than making a quick buck. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Bill’s Lock & Key!
