A good experience. Attentive staff, professional, explained everything, gave info and allowed me to ask questions. Staff very friendly and understanding. Office was clean, well organized and staff worked well together.
I can't speak for every Aspen Dental, but I can certainly speak for Aspen Dental in Marble Falls, Texas. One thing to know about me before we get started: I'm always terrified to go to the dentist and especially this time because I knew before going in that I would need A LOT of work done, but as soon as you walk in the door Salena who greeted me was so nice and professional. No wait. My x-rays were taken then I spoke to the dentist about my needs. They went above and beyond to make certain at every visit I was comfortable. What a truly nice experience, a very welcoming staff, and I can't say enough nice things about the care I received from Dr. Daniel, Aaron, and the assistant whose name escapes me right now. A very efficient and well oiled machine! I highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs.
