I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly All About Air could respond to my AC quitting. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The technician, Chris came when he said he would. He has a great attitude and found the problem quickly and drove from my house in Burnet to Marble Falls to get a part. He fixed it and I am incredibly impressed with this company and Chris. He's a great professional. I highly recommend!
We had a great experience with Chris from All About Air. When our A/C went out, he came out the same day, quickly identified the bad capacitor, and had everything working again in no time. Chris was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what was wrong. We really appreciated the prompt service and were relieved to have cool air again so quickly.
