I needed someone fast to get my ac running before we had company arrive that same day. These guys answered and got me scheduled immediately. Seems like you can’t even get a real person on the phone these days or a call back so this first step was huge for me! Jimmy, the technician, called me on schedule and was at my home and had the capacitor replaced in no time at all! Another big win! I can imagine it wouldn’t be too hard to take advantage of a willing and desperate customer like me but Jimmy diagnosed and corrected the problem, and I spent more at HEB that night getting groceries for one meal than my bill was with these guys. Won’t use anybody but All About Air from now on.
