My first visit made me feel welcomed. The staff are very knowledgeable on insurances. And Dr Poppenhausen was an absolute joy. I will continue to use 20/20 Express for all my vision needs. It was awesome!!!
Love this place! The entire staff is friendly and helpful. They were patient with me when I took a bit to find the glasses I liked. The doctor got me in quickly and efficiently. As long as I’m in Marble Falls they will be my eye doctor!!!
I had an appointment with Dr. Melissa Poppenhusen recently and I was impressed by her friendly, outgoing personality, thoroughness and thoughtful questions. She was great; it was a very good experience and I would recommend her if you need help with contact lenses or glasses.
