I had an excellent experience with Mission Air Conditioning & Plumbing. Our technician, Seth, was great—very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire visit. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was checking, what he found, and what we should keep an eye on in the future. He never made us feel rushed and patiently answered all of our questions.
Seth also went above and beyond by doing several extra things that he did not have to do, which we truly appreciated. Juan Lopez was very personable and professional. He explained what he would do and then discussed with me after he completed draining/flushing my hot water heater. Showed me pictures taken.
