Purchased a new set of Pirelli tires 3 years ago and would never buy tires here again. I’ve had them now for 3 years with maybe 25k miles and all my tires were nearly bald. I contacted the service department and spoke with Desirae who was rude and advised I contact a “warranty company.” All tires keep in mind have a mileage guarantee and the rep kept saying to contact a number when this has nothing to do with their extended warranty… I ended up just buying new ones even though the tires should have had some guarantee. Due to Desirae being ill equipped to advise and rude responses, I just went elsewhere.
