I really like their work & services but there is a pretty excessive amount of trying to pressure you into upcharges. I also believe I ended up with services other than what I requested which were more expensive than my original request. So I like their work & services, but lots of upcharging and pressuring into more expensive services.
But I actually brought someone here to try them in place of my regular nail shop because I'd had a great experience on another recent occasion when I came in due to my regular nail shop being closed that day. Linda & Katie are my girls!
This was my first time going to VIP Nails. I was looking for a new place to go and so I read the reviews online. Almost all the reviews were really good. I saw nothing but excellent reviews on Ken so I asked for him when I got there. I have to say Ken was amazing. He did great work. What I really liked about Ken was he payed attention to detail. He took his job seriously. He understood the assignment for sure. 5 stars for Mr. Ken. I’ll definitely be back.
Katie is amazing. She is so kind and considerate, as well as being careful, creative, and talented. Over the last few years, she has become my friend and not just my nail tech. ALL of the staff uphold the same high standards. You won’t be cut or bruised or sore for sure! I searched and searched for a good nail salon and found VIP within 10 mins of my former home. I have since moved and now drive 30 mins because I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. I’ve spoken with other clients who say the same. Tired of feeling like you’ve been beaten after getting your nails done? Go to VIP. You won’t regret it!
