I would give this location 5 stars forAli the front desk patient coordinator and Doctor Euk. I concluded my treatment plan and was set to a plan with less visits. I was charged for the same plan and never received a refund. I have been charged correctly for this month. However, with no reimbursement for the prior month, my review to drop to three stars. The area manager is neglecting his duties.
UPDATE: I was finally refunded and payment plan is now correct.
Absolutely amazing experience here, Ms.Dimitri at the front is so kind and welcoming and Dr.Wadley is incredible I’ve been in pain for so long and was finally able to get treated properly and she gave me so much relief today just on the first visit! Amazing incredible staff thank you guys so much
