Russell was absolutely wonderful! He did an amazing job piercing my daughter’s ears. He made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. Everything was professionally done—the equipment was properly autoclaved and sterile, and the needles were clean and high quality. The piercing was so gentle that it hardly hurt at all.
The shop was spotless, neat, and very clean, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. The pricing was very reasonable as well.

10/10 experience at Black Rose Tattoo Shop! Russell did my third lobe piercings, and I couldn’t be happier. I came in about 20 minutes before closing, but he still took his time and never made me feel rushed. He talked to me throughout the entire appointment, answered all of my questions (even about older piercings from other shops), and made sure everything was perfectly even before piercing. It only felt like a quick pinch! The shop was super clean and worth every penny. I’ve been to three other piercing shops, and none of them compare to the care and attention to detail I received here. I’ll definitely be coming back for all of my future piercings and recommending them to everyone!
