I specifically asked for someone experienced. The girl that waxed me said she’s been there for over 6 months now. You would think that’s enough time for someone to gain experience. My lady bits wax took 35 minutes and she had to get someone to help take the wax off. Unpleasant experience. Then I go to check out. Some lady ran up when I was checking out to coerce me into their loyalty program. From the reviews I saw right before going in I know I didn’t want to. I felt very awkward having to say no 3-4 times. Won’t be returning

Came to this location over the weekend. The lady at another location I went to didn’t do a thorough job. This wax lady told me personal stories I didn’t need to know about her ex boyfriend mess. What happened to professionalism and client comfort

Hello everybody I had another amazing experience with jazzy at the Mansfield Tx location. This lady is so professional and amazing for her position. If anyone is looking for great service don’t be afraid to ask for Jazzy. Room was super clean, also changing her gloves. Music selection is amazing. Also she doesn’t rush the service. Try out Jazzy!!!
