I had just gotten a horrible haircut at Hammer and Nails. I ran over here fearing the worst after I had my hair butchered and was feeling pretty terrible and went in to see if anything could be salvaged from this poor situation and they delivered more than I could have possibly imagined. They were very skilled and were talking to me throughout the entire time. Having fun and talking about how dirty I'd been done and turned my day right around this place has got not only great hairdressers but also amazing people this place is fantastic I'm coming here for my haircuts always now!
My name’s Caleb, 12 yro, and I just wanted to say how much I appreciated Ms. Erika, the manager, cutting my hair. She did an amazing job and really made sure it came out exactly how I wanted. You can tell she cares a lot about her customers because she was patient, detail-oriented, and super dedicated to making sure I left happy with my haircut. Honestly, it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had at a haircut place. Erika is the Best! All I have to do is check in online, arrive, sit in her chair and she does the rest. The BEST PART is the shampoo, hot towel and message. She's been my stylist for 7 years now! I won't go anywhere else. I drive an hour just for her. Thanks Erika and thanks Sports Clips. Your customer service is like no other.
