We recently held our baby boy’s service at Skyvue Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the care and compassion we received. Maddie was absolutely exceptional—she went above and beyond in every way to ensure every detail was handled with tenderness and respect. From the moment we walked in, they took care of everything and more, lifting such a heavy burden during the hardest time of our lives. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion will never be forgotten. I am forever grateful to Maddie and the entire team for honoring our son’s life so beautifully.
This wasn't our first time dealing with the folks at Skyvue, but this was my first closer interaction with them. They helped us arrange my father's funeral, doing their best to make the process smooth and easy for my mother. They went out of their way to make sure the service was very personal to him in the arrangement and decoration we were able to bring and use. They were always respectful and kind, and if I thanked the owner once I thanked him 30 times. As I told him after the service, they're in the business of memories.
Upon the passing of my ex mother-in-law earlier in the month, the family was put in touch with DJ Estes. What a godsend. DJ was compassionate, kind, and caring during the whole process. We had arrangements pre-set while working with Dianne Banks...another blessing. Both Dianne and DJ made us feel heard in the planning and preparations. When my ex mother-in-law passed, Dianne gently connected us with DJ. DJ was great communicating via text, email, and phone as we are in another state. DJ ensured we had everything in order.
