I get the opportunity to see many brands of thermal devices as part of my everyday job. That being said Pulsar is always my go to option and the only ones I purchase for myself. I use them for work in LE and have captured several fleeing felons that otherwise would have eluded capture had it not been for Pulsar thermals.
I also use them for recreational purposes such as hunting and general animal/bird watching. They drastically reduce the time looking for animals giving me more time to watch them in my spotting scope.
They are robust enough to not be broken by cops and are functional in all weather environments in the mountains.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Caleb Kindred in the sales department. Mr Kindred was professional from the second he answered and was very knowledgeable with all the Pulsar products. Mr Kindred is the perfect example of excellent customer service. The purchasing process was smooth and very simple.
