Mattison Salon I am very disappointed in the recent changes that I have seen in cleanliness and up keep. I have been coming to the salon 2 years for multiple services and never experienced the ladies bathroom being unclean, out of toilet paper, trash full and even stalls stopped up. This is now the norm. Terrible odor inside the ladies bathroom and outside. This is not the odor of chemicals or products used by the stylist. This is unacceptable and very disappointing to the stylist and technicians that have paying clients. The thought of losing loyal, faithful clients because of the lack of building maintenance. Please address and make an effort to do better for all your paying tenants and clients.

I love this place, but there’s just one issue I have on a regular basis. The woman’s bathroom is an absolute filth. I always go in there and there is going to be human excrement everywhere on the floor, toilet paper everywhere, etc. but today is the day I decided to write this review, and that’s because when I came to the bathroom today to use it, I did my business and as I was leaving the door handle was completely smeared in human feces. I had to call my husband to go and open the door for me from the outside. This was a horrible experience and I never wish to come back to this place again.

This place would be a bit more enjoyable of an experience if people were more courteous to others conducting their business. It can be loud, especially on the weekends due to loud music and loud people in their individually leased studio. My lady is very quiet though and pleasant. Other than that, it's clean and I like my nail tech here.

I love my tech and have been with her for years before she moved to these suites. But the last few months the halls are full of people, literally partying in the hallways outpouring from suites 131 & 132. There is loud music, people talking over eachother, eating and drinking. I’m all for a good time, but there are times and places to engage in fun. Most clients are coming to relax and enjoy their services, not to be next to a house party. I’m not sure if the facility is under new management, it must be because it wasn’t like this before, but something needs to change ASAP.

I was going to write a review earlier this week, but after seeing Anna's review, I decided to wait a bit more to see if the problem would be solved...It had not. In fact, it has gotten even worse. I previously sent a private message to management via the Mattison Avenue website in August of this year detailing the absurd amount of noise coming from Suites #131 and #132, and have heard nothing back from them and have seen no improvement. I go to Mattison for my massages and for the past few months, all I've heard in the salon is their loud voices and music, despite my massagist being a hallway away in the "quiet area". Moreover, when I went to see what all the fuss was, I saw that they had crowded the hallways with people and seemed to be having a party...The fact that the Mattison management allows this to happen is absolutely unacceptable and so unprofessional. I'm disappointed in how they run this place and I will be seeing that my money goes elsewhere.

As I walk down the hallways to get to my appointment, I read signs that say quiet message therapy going on. Again today, salon suite 131, 132 the renter was talking so loud to be heard over their obnoxious music. I was their to receive a message and tried desperately to relax which was extremely difficult to relax with the boisterous talking and music I don't enjoy listening too.

I visited Ruby's Lashes and Brows. The facility is VERY nice!! Great vibes as well! I'll definitely be back!
