Dr.V and Maria were super sweet and quick with getting my crown and cleaning down. It was nice to have a good laugh in between breaks when it can be stressful to get something like a crown done :) From the receptionist being a huge help get the financial part situated with my tight schedule to everything in between, I highly recommend coming here!
Went for my routine teeth cleaning and needed more extensive work- deep teeth cleaning, laser gum injections and a crown. The office staff was very professional and helpful in answering questions for what my insurance covers to payment options. Dr. V took care of every detail of my office visit with the help of Sharon. Both of the ladies answered all my questions and helped put me at ease as my anxiety was high bc I had never done all this extensive work on my teeth. Dr. V was patient, gentle and went at a pace that helped make me comfortable and ease my anxiety. TU for taking care of me and doing an amazing job!!!!
Their service started before we even met, with Cassandra checking my new insurance HMO and callingme back....the Dr and other staff were professional and friendly throughout the whole financing and crown process ...I have old crowns and fillings ...this did not hurt at all....thank you Mansfield Smiles .. .
