The back office staff, including techs and hygienists, are also exceptional and known for being gentle. Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Beverly are praised for their friendliness and thoroughness during procedures, ensuring that patients are informed and comfortable. While there may be occasional scheduling issues, the office is willing to make amends, such as through helpful communication about appointments and finances. Despite potential employee turnover, the dental care provided is consistently excellent, and patients' oral health is prioritized, making for a great overall experience.
The front office staff can make or break a business. I really appreciate this front office staff. They are very friendly and accommodating. The back office staff are also exceptional. The techs and hygienist were very friendly and gentle . Dr. Nguyen was very friendly and gentle during my procedure. Thank you all for a great experience.

Experience was very good the receptionist Shaun and Tee were helpful and communicated well with appointment information as well as finances regarding treatment once I was at the location. Dr. Beverly was very patient and kind and communicated very well during treatment for comfort levels. Dr Nguyen was awesome as well treatment was quick and he communicated thoroughly through the procedure I can say I was definitely happy with the results overall with both Dr Beverly and Nguyen and would recommend this location to anyone. Customer service was the best all around!
