When I first saw some of the reviews, I started to question the place. I’ve been going for a couple of months now, and honestly the reviews are not accurate at all. As a first-time mom, I was very skeptical about leaving my baby in the kids’ care so I could do the tour. But after seeing their setup, I felt so much more confident. Now, I can say it’s a true life saver. The staff is amazing friendly, welcoming, and they actually know you by name. I want to give a huge shoutout to Ryan at the front desk! She went above and beyond to help schedule my son for Parents’ Night Out even though registration had already closed. Ryan was incredibly polite, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. She somehow managed to work a little magic and make it happen for us! We really appreciated her kindness and effort — thank you, Ryan, for providing such amazing customer service!
It’s pricey, but absolutely worth it if you take advantage of the amenities. The gym is very clean, and the sauna and cold plunge are excellent. I do wish I could add more people to my plan, but none of my family members are interested. What really sets them apart is their transparency with clear pricing, no gimmicks, and easy one-click cancellation. More gyms should follow this model. Honest and straightforward practices made this an 5-star rating.
