We have used KMP a couple of times. The guy that came both times was Michael Simpson. He arrived on time and was quickly able to diagnose the issue with our unit. It's ran perfectly afterwards. I tell all my friends when they have AC problems to call KMP and ask for Michael Simpson.

This is the 2nd time in less than a month that KMP has been out to our home. KMP Plumbing made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Booking was quick and easy, communication was excellent, and their pricing was completely transparent. I really appreciated the text with the technician’s photo before arrival—it made me feel comfortable and prepared. John our technician both times was nothing but professional! You can tell they truly value the work they do, and it shows in the quality of service. We will definitely be using them again if needed and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing service!

Service was Excellent, Communication was very good prior to Visit, Techs were extremely efficient and were very respectful of property, All repairs were explained in detail. Repairs were complete and looks great and clean up was excellent
