I still have one more visit to have my rear wheel well covers installed, but I am beyond happy with the service I have received so far from King Wheel & Tire in Mansfield. First off, Zee is the absolute best at responding to questions. I have asked that man probably 100 questions and he has answered every one of them. I didn’t know where I was going to get my truck modified at first. I did a lot of research and ultimately it was Zee’s customer service that sold me. In the end, he hooked me up with a Rough Country package that included 6” suspension lift, reinforced UC arms, traction bars, side steps, and wheel well covers. My 2026 Silverado 1500 went from a standard looking truck to a bada$$ machine! The quality of the work is awesome and the truck actually rides more smooth than it did with brand new factory parts. If you are looking to modify your vehicle, don’t go to any other shop but King Wheel & Tire, preferably the Mansfield location. Ask for Zee and he’ll take care of you!

Got a lift, wheels, and tires done here and the results were excellent. There were even a few issues that arose (such as delayed shipping and missing wheel hubs) and they worked diligently to resolve them quickly and with excellent customer service.

They do great work. It is best to give them a call ahead of showing up unless you're scheduling and buying a lift kit for your ride. Gets done in a timely manner as well. They have a big shop and it's no problem for them to knock it out.

Just like every shop I go to I check the reviews and as I show up I get greeted by Zee, he showed me around and all the different options that were for my taste and ofcourse my budget! He took the time to help me choose what’s best! And I’m very happy I step foot in this place! AMAZING prices. Great service! I never judge on the reviews no matter who what one star because let me be the one to tell you guys this place is great!!

I was a potential customer, until I read some of the recent reviews, and saw how the OWNER responds to negative reviews with trash talking the person who had the experience and even some of their families. I will NOT spend a dime in a place who values their customers with such disrespect. Good review or bad review, this definitely needs to be handled differently. Thank you, to everyone who posted an honest review and shame on the OWNER for being so arrogant and hateful.. I'm sure this review will be met with the same result as everyone else's review..

I brought my car to King Wheel & Tire to get an alignment, and they told me they couldn’t do it because my tie rod was “loose.” What they didn’t mention is that they’re the ones who left it loose in the first place.
I had brand-new inner and outer tie rods installed recently, and the car drove perfectly fine before I went there. As soon as I left their shop, I started hearing loud clanking from the front end. When my mechanic checked it, he found the tie rod was loose — he tightened it in under two minutes and the noise was completely gone.
When I contacted King Wheel & Tire, they tried to charge me $80 to “fix” the issue they caused. That’s just bad business — taking advantage of customers and not taking responsibility for unsafe work.
If you care about your car and your safety, go somewhere else. This kind of service is unacceptable.
