KB Roofing did an amazing job on our house. There's so many fly by night companies and door knockers out there, that you could easily pick one after all there sales pitches and gimmicks. But you're rolling the dice with these companies...unfulfilled promises, terrible work, no shows, etc. But you can count on KB Roofing to do an excellent job and help you every step of the way. I called and spoke with Toni about installing gutters to my house, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, her team was professional, efficient, and did an amazing job!

We bought a new home thru Carnegie Homes and KB Roofing was contracted to do our roof. We moved in on 03/23/22. In August 2022, I started sending warranty requests to Carnegie Homes letting them know that our roof was leaking at the fireplace, and it was dripping onto the top of the fireplace insert. ******** contacted KB roofing to come out and fix the problem. KB roofing came out and did a water test and told us that it was the Chimney cap that was the problem. ******** contacted the **************** and they came out and replaced the chimney cap. Well needless to say the roof is still leaking. We have turned in numerous warranty claims to ******** and they aren't going to do anything. So, I reached out to KB roofing directly and told them that the roof was still leaking, and I was told that they won't come out and fix it because, they have filed a lawsuit against ******** and until the lawsuit is settled, they aren't doing anything. I really don't care what KB roofing has going on with ********. KB roofing put the roof on our NEW home, and they need to stand behind their warranty. meanwhile, every time it rains the water continues to leak into our NEW home and now, we have water damage in our master bedroom walls and carpet because it has leaked SO much. We just want them to come out and fix the roof that they put on our house and repair the water damaged walls and carpet.

Ken and his guys came to my house at the request of a GC to help find where a leak was coming from. KB originally roofed my house when constructed and definitely went above and beyond to help me find my issue. The issue was not the roof. These guys are top notch.

Had some wind damage not covered by insurance. They were quick to respond to tarp my roof and later get the work done. A few weeks later I had a minor issue in some further heavy wind. They were out the following day and handled it at no charge. Great service and reasonable pricing.
