Such a welcoming front desk! Both ladies are very busy, but always greet with a sincere smile and are very helpful! I really enjoyed when we could chat a minute! Everyone there is super friendly and I love how they are a "team"! They help each other as needed to keep everyone going on their specific PT! Carlos was very helpful as my PT and listened closely to what my concerns were! He was great and very easy to converse with! I would definitely recommend anyone to choose Green Oaks PT!! Andrea

The receptionist was rude and not welcoming. She wasn't wearing a mask but the sign on the door required a mask to enter the establishment.

Paying out of pocket for therapy. Help is not great...seems like they're over scheduled to fit in as many people as possible to turn a profit...no "one on one" therapy. Got skipped over without being asked. First therapist assigned to me saw me and left to ask a person of my same race to help me instead. Didn't ask wether I spoke English, just assumed I didn't.
