While they could’ve just recharged & made it a quick stop, the young man took the time to figure out why it froze over & even though he felt horrible for us having to wait, he called his co-worker to come verify, and then replace the capacitor. Honest company, outstanding employees!

I highly recommend John’s Heat & Air! They did a great job repairing my gas heater and were professional from start to finish. Even with the icy weather, they came out promptly and got everything working quickly. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. I called John's Heating and Air yesterday when it was so cold. He had a tech coming off another job who came over within 20 minutes. Within another 20 minutes he had it up and heating. Good job and reasonable price.
