Today was our second time here. Everyone is very pleasant and they do a great job.
Both times we've visited, we've gotten the Deluxe Mani/Pedi. It's nice getting those nails trimmed, then having your feet, legs, hands and arms massaged.
Like most mail places, they do have water and sodas. We didn't partake today but did last time.
Not all the staff speaks good English but most do and there's always an English speaker nearby to help out if needed.
While we find this place to be a bit on the expensive side, the quality of their work, the cleanliness of their shop and their great attitudes will keep us from saving a few dollars elsewhere.

Nope! Never again. I was there 2 hours before closing, they were NOT busy, but the young lady doing my Mani Pedi was extremely rushed. She clearly didn't want to be there. She was rough and rude, even cut my finger in her rushing. Never offered me a drink and overcharged me. I would NOT recommend. I would love to upload a picture of my BLEEDING finger...but for some reason I'm unable to?? ? Imagine that.

When I arrived I was greeted by Alex. This means a lot in this time because I have visited salons and the greeting is null. Alex engaged me further with a cheeky joke...I wasn't use to this but caught on and enjoyed a much needed laugh. I was then introduced to Hanna and Ven. Beautiful ladies, that were so warm, professional, and inviting. Hanna was my tech and did an amazingly, beautiful job. I also met Shelly who endured me calling her Kelly (I apologize). I rarely do reviews but today's experience was needed and this team treated me so well. I say thank you (hugs and love). Continue to treat every guest in your salon with dignity, love, fun, and professional service....your success will be unmeasurable! I will return....

I used to call this my regular nail salon and have had such an amazing time here and I really love the manager and owner. I guess on New Year's Day the manager and owner was not present. When I came in and let them know that I wanted a polish change for my daughter for her toes and hands and I wanted to pedicure and manicure a gentleman barely looked up to say go sit over there which I assumed was the opposite side where there were chairs free. I got his attention and ask him exactly where he said any chair is fine unfortunately every Spa chair was dirty. One of the bowls have dirty water, the other Bowl had used orange slices in the bowl and some kind of goop, and the other chair had some kind of sticky gel substance where you put your feet. I let him know that the chairs were dirty and he came over and asked me where and I pointed to it and I also have pictures that I'll be sending to Austin Texas Department of licensing and registration. He refused to clean the bowls and took a dry towel and worked at getting the substance off the foot rest for the chair he was going to put me in. I asked him to disinfect it and he refused, his other coworkers started talking to him and getting up however I have no clue what they said and at the end of the day they sat back down. He told me the footrest would be fine and then proceeded to tell my daughter to get into the chair with the dirty Bowl my daughter is under 10 by the way. He said that she's doing a pulse change it doesn't matter if the chair is dirty that only if she was putting her feet in the bowl. I told him that she could get bacteria from anywhere and anything off that chair and he did not care and I told him I wanted to leave and he told me whatever sorry. This was a horrible experience and serious training needs to be done and most importantly I don't see how a nail salon cannot take pride in making sure they meet sanitation requirements.
